Club Working Bee | Spring

  • Wellington Potters Association 130 Grant Road Thorndon New Zealand (map)

Help us give the studio a seasonal refresh at our next Working Bee.

A couple of times each season we come together for a studio Working Bee — a chance for members to give the space a bit of extra care. These sessions help us tackle repairs, deep cleaning, and small projects that keep the studio organised, functional, and ready for everyone’s work.

WPA runs on the contributions of its members, and Working Bees are one of the easiest ways to support the running of the club. They’re also a great option for new or time-poor members who are looking for a straightforward way to make a volunteer contribution.

When you arrive, we’ll help you find a task that suits you. It’s also a nice opportunity to spend some time alongside fellow members while helping maintain the shared space we all enjoy.

If you’re unable to attend on Sunday, a list of tasks that can be completed ahead of time will be available on the whiteboard.

Whether you can stay for the whole session or just part of it, every bit of help makes a difference. Please remember to sign up in advance or at the event so your volunteer time can be recorded.

Please note: studio rooms will not be available for personal projects during the Working Bee so we can focus on the tasks at hand.
